Store Policy

By making a purchase through the Vice Stories store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this policy in its entirety. This policy applies to all transactions processed through our store, regardless of payment method or package type.

All sales are final. Vice Stories does not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges on any purchase under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, dissatisfaction with a product, accidental purchases, changes in personal preference, or inability to access the server. By completing a transaction, you accept full responsibility for your purchase.

Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal of any kind through your bank, credit card company, PayPal, or any other payment provider will result in an immediate and permanent ban from all Vice Stories servers and services. This ban is non-negotiable and cannot be appealed. We reserve the right to pursue any additional remedies available to us, including but not limited to reporting fraudulent chargebacks to the appropriate authorities and payment processors.

Vice Stories reserves the right to revoke, modify, or remove any in-game items, currency, roles, privileges, or services at any time and for any reason. This includes situations involving server updates, rebalancing, rule violations, abuse of purchased items, or any conduct deemed detrimental to the community. Revocation of items or services does not entitle the purchaser to a refund or compensation of any kind.

Players who are banned from Vice Stories servers for rule violations, disruptive behavior, exploiting, cheating, or any other reason will forfeit all purchased items, services, and privileges. No refunds or compensation will be issued for purchases associated with banned accounts. Bans may be temporary or permanent at the sole discretion of the server administration.

In rare and exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered at the sole and absolute discretion of the server owner. Refund exceptions are not guaranteed, are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and are granted only under extraordinary conditions. No staff member other than the server owner has the authority to approve or promise a refund. Requesting a refund does not entitle you to one.

All purchases are for virtual items and services within the Vice Stories FiveM server. Virtual goods have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred, traded, or sold outside of the server. Vice Stories makes no guarantees regarding server uptime, availability, or the longevity of any virtual items or services.

By making a purchase through the Vice Stories store, subscribing to our newsletter, or otherwise providing your email address to us, you consent to receive emails from Vice Stories. These communications may include promotional content such as store discounts and flash sales, announcements of new packages or features, server updates, event notifications, and other community news. We typically send no more than one to two emails per month and we do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third party.

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every email we send. Once you unsubscribe, you will no longer receive promotional communications from us. Transactional emails directly tied to a specific action you took (such as a discount code earned from signing up, a receipt, or an account-related notification) are operational in nature and are not affected by an unsubscribe.

Vice Stories reserves the right to update, modify, or change this policy at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the store or server after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. The date of the most recent revision is listed at the top of this page.
